Anirudh and Anvesh sought to give Bangalore the best possible Neapolitan pizza experience. While lots of options were available, nothing got close to the real thing - the real flavour and stretch that comes from delicious mozzarella cheese.
That’s when it started - the hours and days of reading, researching, experimenting, and sourcing to get that perfect recipe, with one goal : to make cheese that stretches, bubbles, is flavourful and looks amazing.
